Dear Rachel about 0002005:0017171 Thank you for the failure analysis report. Please revise the FA report as follows: Pages 8 to 14: Kindly reorganize the report by functional block unit. . Ethernet block: ..U801: 6 units burned ..R823 and R824: 3 units burned ..L801: 4 units affected . SoC Block: ..P3V3 short circuit: 6 instances due to 905X2 . eMMC block: ..U303: 1 unit burned Regarding the 5 moisture-contaminated units: let's try to reproduce the symptoms, please conduct the following test: 1. Operate the units for 24 hours at 50°C and 90% humidity. 2. Store at room temperature for another 24 hours. 3. Observe and document if the symptoms reappear under these conditions. Please update the report with these revisions and provide the results of the moisture contamination test once completed. Thanks SON |

Test 5 moisture-contaminated units for 24 hours at 50°C and 90% humidity. => Check OBA function ( 1st time ) 2. Take those 5 units and store them at room temperature for another 24 hours. => Check the OBA function again (2nd time) Fii will update the FA report with these revisions and provide the results of the moisture contamination test on 27/12/2024. Hi Rachel, Thank you for summarize the FA report as I intended. Ethernet block, System block, eMMC block FA report are confirmed. Please close this analysis and proceed RMA process. but No boot 5pcs, try a little more testing to reproduce the symptoms. 1. Take those 4 units ( Function PASS ) and store them at room temperature for another 24 hours. => Check the OBA function again (2nd time). Result : 4 pcs PASS, no abnormal issue. Hi Rachel Thankyou for update, Please verify the power block - U301 VDDCPU So far, it is difficult to determine that the SoC moisture-contaminated defect based on test results. I want to make sure that power (U301 VDDCPU=0.92V) supply is not involved in any moisture-contaminated defects. Thanks SON |

Dear SH Son I update the status of the verify power block - U301 VDDCPU Summary FA report : - Then test ORT Voltage and impedance no abnormal U301 power block not effected by moisture-contaminated. - The factory environment always kept at tem: 19-27°C & Humidity: 31-59%R.H to preserve material Moisture-contaminated.
